How to send colour smalls

We are phasing in e-mail only for Smalls and Letters.  In the near future, faxes and mail will still be accepted but please try to e-mail. Most offices that have a fax machine also have e-mail.  Advantages to us - we don't have to retype.  Advantage to you - no mistakes.  Whatever you send will be printed, so no more GPS instead of GPZ or BMWG5 instead of GS.  But please keep it simple.  Scanned pictures of text will not be retyped.

Please complete the online form below.  Choose the correct category for your ad so that the email gets routed to the right channel and things don't get lost in the system.  Thank you for your cooperation in helping us coordinate your smalls advertising.

Steps for sending a colour small:

1. Complete the online form and select the correct category

2. Upload your photo (maximum size 800x600)

3. Choose your payment option (online via credit card or via invoice for EFT)

4. Select "Submit"

If you select the invoice option, your ad will only be placed after proof of payment is received in our office.
